A low-pressure "Y" shut-off valve designed to split a single B-size gas outlet into two independently controlled B-size outlets. It is commonly used in helium inflation stations, laboratory gas systems, and other low-pressure compressed gas applications where two hoses or devices need to be supplied from one source.
