The Almedic® MAGNA® M92-24 is a sterile, single-use disposable scalpel fitted with a No. 24 stainless steel surgical blade, designed for procedures requiring long, controlled incisions through skin and soft tissue. The No. 24 blade is slightly larger and more semicircular than the No. 23 blade, providing a longer cutting edge for general surgery, pathology, autopsy, veterinary medicine, and anatomical dissection. The blade is permanently attached to a lightweight plastic handle, eliminating blade changes and reducing the risk of sharps injuries and cross-contamination. Each scalpel is individually packaged, sterilised by gamma irradiation, and supplied with a protective blade cover for safe handling prior to use.
