The Extech MO210 Pocket Moisture Meter is a compact, easy-to-use digital instrument designed to measure moisture content in wood and building materials using the electrical resistance method. The meter quickly detects moisture in timber, drywall, plaster, concrete, mortar, wallboard, cardboard and other porous materials, making it an ideal tool for building inspections, restoration work, environmental monitoring and maintenance applications. Its pocket-sized design, large LCD with analogue bar graph and replaceable electrode pins provide reliable measurements in both laboratory and field environments.

The MO210 measures wood moisture from 6 to 44% and building material moisture from 0.2 to 2.0%, allowing users to rapidly assess water intrusion, drying progress and material condition. The instrument features a material selector switch, automatic power-off to conserve battery life, built-in battery and measurement verification tests, and replaceable threaded electrode pins for long service life. It is supplied complete with a protective cap, replacement pins and three CR2032 batteries for immediate use.
