The Hydrion QC-1001 High Range Quat Check Test Paper provides a quick and convenient method for measuring the concentration of quaternary ammonium sanitizers. It is designed for high-range testing from 0 to 1000 ppm, with clear colour-match points at 0, 200, 400, 600, 800 and 1000 ppm.
The QC-1001 is calibrated for 2-chain quaternary ammonium compounds, including alkyldimethylbenzyl ammonium compounds, Rocall II and Hyamine 3500. The test paper is supplied in a convenient plastic dispenser with a serrated edge for quickly tearing off individual test strips.
Simply dip the test paper into the sanitizing solution, remove it immediately and compare the resulting colour with the included colour chart. This makes the QC-1001 useful for routinely checking sanitizer strength and identifying solutions that need to be replaced or adjusted.
