The LaMotte 1480 is a 0 FNU/NTU turbidity standard supplied in a 60 mL bottle. It is used to calibrate compatible LaMotte portable turbidity meters at the zero-turbidity point, providing a reference for measuring the cloudiness of water samples. It is for use with LaMotte 2020WE, 2020WI, 2020t and 2020i meters. Follow the instrument manual to ensure the standard is appropriate for the meter and measurement mode.
