The Sludge Judge® Water Core Sampler System (Model C09247) is a professional sampling device designed to accurately measure sludge blanket depth and collect representative core samples of settleable solids in tanks, clarifiers, lagoons, ponds, and other non-caustic liquids. Constructed from durable 3/4-inch diameter PVC sections with a one-way float valve, the sampler captures a vertical core of the water column, allowing operators to clearly identify the interface between sludge and the overlying liquid. The standard unit includes three 5-foot sections that assemble into a 15-foot (4.6 m) sampler, with additional extension sections available for greater sampling depths.
