Shipping cost calculation:

The checkout process will calculate your shipping charges automatically using Canada Post. You will have the option of choosing the desired service level.

Shipping of large or bulky items:

For orders of large items, long items, heavy items, bulky items, or many units of the same item, the checkout process may have difficulty caclulating an accurate shipping cost. In these cases, please contact us directly as a manual calculation will often work out to be much cheaper. We also have the option of shipping collect on your account or prepaid by courier (i.e. UPS, Canpar, Loomis, Purolator, etc.), or with a Motor Carrier (i.e. Comox Pacific, Overland West, Canadian Freightways. etc.)

Shipping quotes:

We are happy to quote on shipping, before finalizing any orders.

Collect shipments:

We are happy to send shipments collect, just let us know your preferred carrier and associated account number. If you in B.C. and would like to use your own carrier, select "Pick-up" at the time of check-out. If you are outside of B.C. and want to use your own carrier, please contact us directly before finalizing your order.

Shipping dangerous goods:

Items considered to be dangerous goods will incur an extra dangerous goods charge. That charge will vary from one courier to the next. Canada Post will not ship dangerous goods. Please contact us directly to order any dangerous goods products. Dangerous goods shipments will not be shipped to destinations outside of Canada.
