The Dual Manufacturing SP3-1 Brass Sieve Pan is a precision-manufactured receiving pan designed for use with standard 3-inch (76.2 mm) diameter laboratory test sieves. Constructed from polished brass, the pan fits securely beneath a test sieve to collect material passing through the mesh during particle size analysis. It is commonly used in laboratories performing ASTM and other standardized sieve analyses of soils, sediments, pigments, powders, pharmaceuticals, food products, minerals, and other granular materials. The polished brass construction provides excellent durability and corrosion resistance, while the 1-inch depth offers ample capacity for collecting screened material. The SP3-1 is designed to work with matching SC-3 Brass Sieve Covers and standard 3-inch test sieves to form a complete laboratory sieve assembly.
