The FV150 Fish Viewer is a professional acrylic observation chamber designed to allow the safe examination, identification and photography of live fish while they remain fully submerged in water. Constructed from 4.5 mm clear acrylic, the viewer provides outstanding optical clarity from all sides, allowing fisheries professionals to inspect fish without exposing them to the air for extended periods. This helps minimize handling stress and protects the fish's natural slime coat during routine hatchery and field operations.

The 150 mm viewing chamber is ideal for observing juvenile and medium-sized fish during species identification, health inspections, fin clip verification, tagging, biological sampling and photography. Simply fill the chamber with water and gently place the fish inside to obtain a clear, distortion-free view. The open-top design allows quick transfer of fish into and out of the chamber while maintaining a shallow water depth for safe handling. Lightweight yet durable, the FV150 is suitable for repeated use in hatcheries, aquaculture facilities, fisheries research programmes and environmental monitoring. It is also available in 100mm, and 300mm sizes.
