The Hanna HI76409A/P is a replacement membrane cap designed for Hanna's galvanic dissolved oxygen probes, including the HI76409 probe used with the HI9147 dissolved oxygen meter. The screw-on caps incorporate an oxygen-permeable membrane that separates the probe's cathode and anode from the water sample while allowing oxygen to diffuse through to the sensor.

The membrane caps are pre-tensioned and ready to install. Each cap is filled with Hanna HI7042 galvanic dissolved oxygen electrolyte before being screwed onto the probe. The replacement caps are supplied 5 per package, making them convenient for routine probe maintenance and field sampling.
