Replacement Pinch-Pin w/ Chain for Petite Ponar Grabs.

The Wildco® 1728-L12 Release Pin with Chain (also referred to as the Pinch Pin) is a replacement locking pin designed for Wildco Petite Ponar® Bottom Grabs, including models 1728-G30 and 1728-G40. This pin secures the sampler in its cocked (open) position prior to deployment and is automatically released by the messenger mechanism, allowing the jaws to close and collect a sediment sample. It is supplied with an attached retaining chain to help prevent accidental loss during field operations.
